Anne has specialized in new construction sales since 2004, and provided strong leadership and sales support to the SkyRise Group on-site sales teams and developer clients of new home communities and high rise projects in the Atlanta area. Prior to co-founding the Developer Services division, Anne led the SkyRise Group new home division since 2009 and successfully managed over $300 million in residential listings with an average of over $50 million in sales a year.
Anne’s on-site sales and management skills were fine-tuned from her experience as Vice President of Novare Realty, the exclusive listing company of Novare Group’s condominium developments. While at Novare Realty, Anne led the sales program for all Novare Group’s Atlanta developments. Before making the transition into sales management, Anne experienced great success as an onsite agent selling high rise condominiums and her passion for sales was apparent when she was recognized as a top 20 producer by the Atlanta Board of REALTORS® for 2006 with more than $17 million in sales and its top 5% in 2007 with $20 million in sales. In December 2007, Anne was recognized as Broker/Agent magazine’s agent of the month and Communities Magazine Top 100 Agents.
Before becoming a REALTOR® Anne pursued a leadership career in education for 13 years as teacher and elementary school assistant principal. Anne earned a BS degree from Vanderbilt and earned masters’ degrees from Emory University and Georgia State University.
Scott Payne has more than 20 years of experience in the real estate and homebuilding industry. Prior to aligning with Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty in 2017, Scott served as the vice president of new home sales at his previous brokerage, national vice president of sales operations for a Fortune 500 builder and Charlotte division president for a major regional builder. His well rounded experience in homebuilding spans beyond sales into operations and land acquisition.
Scott has a proven track record of identifying market opportunities that increase revenue, profitability and market share. As a highly effective communicator with excellent relationship building and leadership skills, even the most discerning clients recognize Scott’s invaluable business acumen. His mission is to provide an exceptional level of customer service and custom-designed marketing solutions through a specialized customer-based approach. Scott earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in real estate from the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia and is a licensed real estate broker in Georgia and South Carolina.

Ansley brings her expertise in high-end real estate, specifically Atlanta’s super-luxury condo market, to our Developer Services division. Her past clients include The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Atlanta, owned by iStar Financial, The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Atlanta, Buckhead, developed by Post Properties, the St. Regis Residences, The Aberdeen in Vinings, and The Bellingrath on Peachtree.
Ansley assumed responsibility for marketing and advertising efforts for The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Atlanta in January 2014. She implemented effective marketing strategies and tactics to revitalize and reposition the project both locally and nationally, resulting in $40 million in sales in a year and a half. Prior to the Mandarin Oriental, she worked with Post Properties to oversee and execute marketing efforts at The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Atlanta, Buckhead, resulting in over $96 million in sales in a two-year period.
Ansley graduated from Auburn University with a bachelor’s degree in communications and a minor in business. She has been a marketing consultant since 2009.

As marketing coordinator for the Developer Services division of Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty, Ashley provides marketing support including advertising and event planning in order to effectively communicate with buyers as well as the agent community throughout the sales process. She provides yearly budgets, market analysis, and Sotheby’s International Realty international advertising opportunities catered specifically to each client.
Ashley worked closely with the team at Seventh Midtown, developed by The Loudermilk Companies, throughout presale and until its sell out in 2016. She is actively engaged in marketing the residences at Avalon, which consist of 101 single family homes and townhomes built by Monte Hewett Homes. Avalon is now over 50% sold and continues to sell at the highest price per square foot in Alpharetta for townhomes.
Ashley graduated from Oglethorpe University with a bachelor’s degree in English and a minor in communications.
