Scott Payne has more than 20 years of experience in the real estate and homebuilding industry. Prior to aligning with Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty in 2017, Scott served as the vice president of new home sales at his previous brokerage, national vice president of sales operations for a Fortune 500 builder and Charlotte division president for a major regional builder. His well rounded experience in homebuilding spans beyond sales into operations and land acquisition.
Scott has a proven track record of identifying market opportunities that increase revenue, profitability and market share. As a highly effective communicator with excellent relationship building and leadership skills, even the most discerning clients recognize Scott’s invaluable business acumen. Scott earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in real estate from the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia and is a licensed real estate broker in Georgia and South Carolina.
