Starbucks Is On The Move To Make Way For Seventh Midtown

The 7th street Starbucks has begun construction on their temporary space in the shops of Viewpoint. This temporary move for Starbucks will allow construction to commence for Seventh Midtown. Seventh Midtown is a boutique condominium with just 20 residences that will be constructed at the corner of 7th and Peachtree. For those Starbucks fans who feel a caffeine headache coming with the thought of losing their favorite barista, don’t fret. The plan is to have the temporary Starbucks up and running before they shut the doors at 7th street so not a coffee mug will go dry. The move should be complete by the end of this October. Once construction is complete for Seventh Midtown next October 2015, Starbucks will move back in the building to be the corner retailer of the building.

Seventh Midtown will provide midtown residences an opportunity to live in a new premier luxury condominium with the sought after prestigious Peachtree address. The building has two and three bedroom residences that average between 1,800 and 2,800 square feet with starting prices in the $700’s. There are only two to three homes per floor with two penthouse units on the top floor. Each residence will have an over-sized outdoor terrace, many with an option for outdoor kitchens. The homes are well appointed with the finest of finishes: Pedini cabinetry, Wolf and Subzero appliances, Silestone counter tops and Waterworks fixtures.

Future residents of Seventh Midtown will have all the convenience of living in the heart of midtown with fine dining, shopping and the arts steps away from their front door and for the caffeine addicted, all the venti lattes at your fingertips.
